Two months after releasing a brief and cryptic teaser video, Infinity Ward has returned with a full, two-minute trailer showing Modern Warfare 2. Since the studio posted the new video in all of its high-definition glory on YouTube, we've embedded it below:
Judging by the graphics, the new title may be based on the same engine as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, its direct predecessor, as well as Treyarch's Call of Duty: World at War. The storyline seems tied to that of the first Modern Warfare title, too.
As Shacknews points out, Modern Warfare 2 is on track to come out on November 10. Infinity Ward hasn't yet announced what platforms it's targeting, but the previous game saw a cross-platform release on the PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3.
