GeForce 3 released, not reviewed
As expected, NVIDIA officially launched its GeForce 3 chip last night, and this morning brings a number of "preview" articles about the chip. Oddly, review cards weren't supplied to reviewers, so the articles you see today are largely adaptations of NVIDIA PowerPoint presentations and the like. Still, these articles ought to satisfy curiosity. Among them:
The big question is: will a GeForce 3 be worth the price of admission when it hits the shelves, or will it take half a year for DX8-enhanced software to arrive? Oh, and what about that price tag?
