Friday night topic: whatchya got cookin'?

A long weekend is upon us, it's springtime, and that means festivities—most of them involving food. For many of us, it's time to fire up the grill, heat up the smoker, prepare some cut of meat or other food-like material, and make something tasty. I'm about to go grill some burgers made from top-quality beef, myself, just to get the weekend started.

I'm wondering: what are you planning to prepare and/or eat this holiday weekend? What are some of your go-to dishes for grilling, smoking, or cooking by other means?
