3GIO vote unanimous

CNet is reporting that the vote to approve the 3GIO standard has gone through unanimously. Even AMD, having a potentially competitive HyperTransport standard, voted in favour of 3GIO. It would seem they're not quite as bitter at chip giant Intel as some of the fanboys out there.
