The Witcher 2, Dragon Age: Origins, and others fill out today's Steam discounts

Ready for another batch of discounted Steam games? I thought so. The ongoing 2014 Holiday Sale features the following deals for the next two days:

  • Arma III for $29.99 (50% off)
  • The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition for $2.99 (85% off)
  • Final Fantasy VII for $5.99 (50% off)
  • Child of Light for $5.99 (60% off)
  • Wasteland 2 for $19.99 (50% off)
  • Lichdom Battlemage for $9.99 (75% off)
  • Metal Slug 3 for $2.39 (70% off)
  • Lethal League for $6.99 (50% off)
  • The Forest for $10.04 (33% off)

I've heard a lot of good things about The Witcher 2, which has great Metacritic reviews. Arma 3 seems to be pretty popular, too. Unfortunately, every time I see Child of Light on Steam, I have a brief moment of confusion where I think Child of Eden has been ported to the PC. The Rez sequel is sadly still a console exclusive, but I digress.

This next batch of discounts is good for only 12 hours:

  • Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition for $7.49 (75% off)
  • Spec Ops: The Line for $5.99 (80% off)
  • Crimes & Punishments for $19.99 (50% off)
  • Pandora: First Contact for $14.99 (50% off)
  • Pixel Piracy for $1.99 (80% off)
  • Overlord II for $2.49 (75% off)

If you're feeling a little more productive, try the latest Community's Choice selections:

  • Substance Designer 4 for $49.99 (50% off)
  • Leadwerks Game Engine: Indie Edition for $33.99 (66% off)
  • Music Maker 2015 Premium for $49.99 (50% off)

Yep, you can fill your Steam library with not only games you don't have time to play, but also development tools for titles you don't have time to make. Which is still pretty awesome, to be honest.

Tip: You can use the A/Z keys to walk threads.
