The best steaks are made on Cast Iron pans.

Cast Iron pans require more maintenance, but they hold more heat, which makes for a better sear in my experience.

The smell of durian makes me gag violently. I can’t comprehend how people eat that stuff

Some people feel the same way about well-aged kimchi. But the stuff is delicious!

how does a pizza get delivered vertically? via dumbwaiter? drone? dropped from a cliff? asking for a friend.

    • I suspected it had been dropped. All the melted cheese was in a pile on one side of the box.

I’ve never had durian. I did try some durian candy a few months ago, and it was… interesting. Kind of in the same way that Malort is interesting. As in, “that wasn’t terrible, but if I never have that again for the rest of my life I think I’d be OK with that”.
