0.13-micron Celeron with 128KB L2 cache?

According to this article over at X-bit Labs, Intel will be retaining the Celeron's 128KB of L2 cache when it moves the budget processor over to its 0.13-micron manufacturing process. The new Celerons will apparently be available by September, but given how poorly the Celeron performs with 128KB of L2 cache, AMD will likely continue to be the better choice for the value segment.
