Opteron workstation boards few and far between

This story over at The Inquirer asks an interesting question:

Where are all the Opteron's workstation motherboards?
The article's author thinks that perhaps Intel is muscling motherboard manufacturers, which may be true. After all, it's been quite a while since the Opteron was launched and there are precious few motherboards available with AGP slots. Only one board, Rioworks' HDAMB, is listed on Pricewatch and Asus' current nForce3-based workstation board only supports a single processor.
