No price premium for IA32e?

Xbit Labs is reporting that Pentium 4 processors with IA32e will emerge on August 1. Chips will apparently be available at speeds of 3.2, 3.4, and 3.6GHz and won't carry a price premium over 32-bit Pentium 4 processors. Curiously, rumors persist suggesting that Intel will only offer IA32e-enabled chips to partners that specifically request 64-bit functionality.
