AmigaOS 4 reviewed

— 10:39 AM on January 19, 2005

Ars Technica has posted a review of Amiga OS 4, the new version of the classic OS that's been ported to the PowerPC in an attempt to revive this ancient platform. As an Amiga freak from way back, I was interested to learn that the new OS continues many of the best interface and usability traditions of the Amiga platform while bringing modern-day comforts like an Internet connection wizard. I think I'll probably stick to WinUAE when I need a dose of nostalgia, though.
