Turion lands at Akiba

AMD's Turion 64 MT-30 processor has hit the street in Japan. The chip, whose maximum power consumption is just 25W, runs at 1.6GHz and features 1MB of L2 cache. Bare chips are selling for the equivalent of $205US, which is roughly the same price as Intel's Dothan-core Pentium M 725 1.6GHz.
