Gigabyte is looking to get into the dual-Opteron game with the GA-2CEWH workstation motherboard. The board uses NVIDIA's nForce Pro 2200 chipset and employs both an nForce Pro 2050 companion chip and an AMD 8132 PCI-X tunnel. With a couple of 133MHz PCI-X slots, dual PCI Express x16 slots, and eight DIMM slots, the GA-2CEWH is definitely geared for high-end workstations. Interestingly, the board also complies with the European Union's Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive.
