In our content, we occasionally include affiliate links. Should you click on these links, we may earn a commission, though this incurs no additional cost to you. Your use of this website signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy.

In case you missed it, we’ve got another giveaway in progress. This time, you have a shot at $560 worth of prizes: a PowerColor Radeon HD 7950 Boost, a Samsung P3 1TB external hard drive, and a Rosewill Throne gaming enclosure—all kindly volunteered by Newegg.

Entering for a chance to win is simple: put together some PC parts to resemble a robot or a person, take a picture of the result, and post it in this thread in our forums (after reading the rules in the starter post, of course). You have until August 12 at noon, CDT to post your submission, and we’ll award the prize to the most original and/or funniest photo.

Remember, you don’t necessarily have to use internal components. Any kind of PC hardware will do. You also don’t need to use a fancy camera, and you don’t have to create a life-sized replica of Optimus Prime. Just grab whatever PC hardware is at hand, and have fun!

Oh, and don’t let fears about plagiarism make you hold off until the last minute. Submissions will be judged according to their originality, so it’s doubtful that anything blatantly derivative is going to win.

Good luck, and thanks again to Newegg for volunteering our prizes.
