Kingston has this press release:

Kingston® Technology Company, Inc., the world’s largest independent memory manufacturer, today announced it is shipping samples of the industry’s first validated version 1.0 RDRAM®-based SO-RIMM modules in 64MB and 128MB, ECC and non-ECC densities.

Kingston, Rambus and Advanced Validation Labs® Inc. (AVL) engineers teamed up to set up a special system validation process for SO-RIMMs, based upon the already-proven RIMM module system validation process. This three-company joint effort resulted in Rambus’ industry-wide release of version 1.0 of the SO-RIMM module design.
