VTR Hardware, a French website, has got a hold of the new 7.62 driver for the Hercules 3D Prophet 4500 Kyro II. Apparently, one of the INF files contains the following entries: “KYRO Video Captures Drivers” and “PowerVR KYRO BT829.” The BT829 is a TV tuner and video capture chip—you can find it in some of ATi’s cards. VTR Hardware claims that these are official drivers sent to them by Hercules. Is Hercules planning to release a Kyro II ‘All-in-Wonder’ type card? If anybody has more information on this, let us know.

Update: The Inquirer has more info on Kyro 3.
