We're using F.E.A.R.'s built-in "test settings" benchmark for a quick, repeatable comparison.

F.E.A.R. is a different story entirely from Quake 4. Once again, the GTS 320MB cards don't appear to lose steam at higher resolutions, but this time, they're just slower across the board than the 640MB card. Heck, the stock-clocked GTS 320MB is the slowest card here overall.

The GTS 320MB cards look to be bumping up against a memory size barrier, but curiously, the Radeon X1900 XT does pretty well, placing mid-pack in the two lower (but still relatively high) resolutions.
